Responsibilities: 
1.The  incumbent  conduct  routine  QC  tests  and  color  match  according  to  the  relative  SOP  on  in-process  and  finished  coating  to  ensure  the  quality  within  the  specifications.  Approve  the  qualified  products,  control  and  deal  with  the  unqualified  products  to  avoid  ship  to  customer. 
根据操作流程对涂料的在制品、半成品、成品进行配色并检验，保证制程中的半成品、出厂产品质量符合规格要求。放行检查合格的成品，控制并处理生产中检查出的不合格品，避免其流向下道工序。 
 
2.Assist  QC  supervisor  to  investigate  the  quality  issue  from  the  production  process  and  customer  line,  be  able  to  do  related  trials  independently. 
协助主管完成生产过程及客户现场的质量问题调查，能独立完成相关的试验。 
 
3.Housekeeping/5S  of  the  QC  lab  understand  and  meet  PPG’s  Quality/  EHS  system  requirements.  shift  work. 
QC实验室的清洁维护、5S提高，理解和满足公司关于质量体系和EHS体系的要求。   

4.One  year  job  rotation  in  all  operation  department.  After  job  rotation,  we  would  provide  you  others  positions  you  are  interested  in  according  to  your  performance  and  potential. 
一年的运营部门轮岗培训。轮岗结束后，如果您对其他岗位感兴趣，我们将会酌情根据您的绩效和潜力提供相应的岗位。
 
Requires: 
Bachelor  degree  in  Chemistry  or  Environment  equivalent. 
No  color  blindness  or  color  amblyopia. 
Good  communication  skill  and  team  work. 
Sounds  English  knowledge  and  computer  skill  is  essential.
