职位目的  General  Purpose：
Be  responsible  for  improving  safety,  quality,  and  productivity  and  introducing  new  products  and  processes  in  Resin  plant
主要职责与权限  Primary  Responsibilities：
职责  Responsibilities：
1．  Core  Value  Related：
a.  Provide  daily  manufacturing  technology  and  process  safety  support  for  OEM  production.
b.  Optimize  conversion  of  raw  material  and  energy  into  semi-finished  and  finished  products  in  his/her  responsible  area.
2．  Process  support  and  lead  process  improvement  for  resin  operation
Troubleshooting  of  processes
Reviewing  and  up-dating  operating  procedures
Training  of  operators  in  process  safety  and  operations
Alignment  of  new  products  and  processes
·  Identify  new  process  improvement  opportunities  and  lead  the  project  implementation.
Prepare  scope  definition  and  supporting  economic  justification  for  capital  projects  and  area  improvements
Participate  in  Lean/APS  initiatives  as  required
3．  Improve  product  quality  through  robust  manufacturing  process.
·  Develop  and  upgrade  PFMEAs,  Control  Plans  and  training  for  operators
·  Implement  MT  Quality  best  practice  at  his/her  responsible  area.
·  Lead  or  support  quality  incident  investigation
·  Support  Quality  TS16949  and  other  quality  production  systems
·  Process  liaison  for  customer  visits,  technical  supply  chain  teams,  and  QS  and  ISO  and  customer  audits
4．  Ensure  process  safety  ：
·  Lead  or  participate  role  in  PSM  elements  and  Reactor  Safety
·  Understand  PSM  principles  and  key  features,  techniques  and  PSM  factors  related  to  operation.
·  Understand  specific  hazards  on  safety,  health,  environment  related  to  the  process.
·  Lead/participate  in  safety  and  maintenance  reliability  investigations  when  manufacturing  processes  are  involved
·  Safety  practices  related  to  work  tasks.
5．  Network  with  other  process  engineers  at  other  plants  /  Leveraging  MT  driving  business  initiatives.

知识、经验和技能要求  Required  credentials：
？  University  degree  or  above  in  chemical  engineering  or  chemistry  field.
？  At  least  3  years  of  experience  in  process  technology  or  technical  position  in  Chemical  Industry,  and  2  years  above  in  coating  industry.
？  At  least  2  years  in  multinational  company.
？  Motivated  attitude  with  problem  solving  and  process  improvement  skill.
？  Good  command  of  English  communication  skill.
？  Six  Sigma  Green  or  Black  belt  trained  /  certified  is  preferred.
？  No  Color  Blindness.
