岗位职责：
工作所在地：山东省博兴工业区
主要职责：
1)负责科瑞项目团队安全、按时按质按量完成科瑞的订单
ResponsiblefortheentireKeruiProjectteam,toensureon-time-in-fullfullfillallKeruiorders.
2)根据客户的订单的需求，负责组织编排每日生产计划并跟踪生产进度,安排处理急单的交货

3)和客户服务部、技术部及时沟通，对生产异常、客户投诉等的进行分析，找到根本原因并采取纠正预防措施。
CoordinatewithCSD、TechnicalDept.dealwiththeexceptionalproductionandcustomercomplaininvestigation，findtherootcauseandtakecorrectiveandpreventiveaction.
4)管理生产团队的整个生产过程按照SOP的要求完成、仓库物料流动过程
ToensuretheproductionteamtofullfilltheproductionprocessaccordingtoSOP.Ensurematerialflowwprocessinwarehouse.
5)保证生产现场符合QM&SHE，5S的要求
EnsuretheproductionfacilitiescomplytotherulesofQMandEHSand5S.
6)对生产工艺做优化、改良，提高生产质量、效率和安全度

7)与上海工厂团队协调，确保物料库存的合理安排
