具体要求：
-Bachelor Degree or above in Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering, or other similar area.(Chemical Process or Engineering is preferred.)
-Eight years of prior experience in the Chemistry industry. And at least three years of supervisory experience.
-Familiarity with ISO procedures.
-Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey information in a clear, focused and concise manner.
-Fluency in both spoken and written English.
-Familiarity with Microsoft word and excel.
-Total Quality Management.
-Batch process control experience.

- Adheres to Sartomer and Arkema’s EHS policies and ethics.
- Trains and Coaches Technicians / Operators
- Other assignment(Support/assists in the implementation of ISO14001 when necessary.
