Main  Accountabilities 
1.  Colour  matching,  and  spot  colour  formula  building   
2.  Product  formula  minor  modification  to  cater  to  customer  application  requirement.   
3.  Customer  site  trial  /  test  run  support  for  SWS  products,  teamed  with  sales  people   
4.  Technical  solutions  for  customer  application 
5.  Training  to  customers,  at  site  or  SWS 
6.  Serve  customers  through  phone  calls,  e-mails  and  other  means  of  communications   
7.  Assist  production  workshop  /  SWS  blending  centre  to  produce  and  quality  control  for  new  spot  colour  production   
8.  Support  to  internal  and  external  technical  seminars,  product  trainings  and/or  promotions 
9.  Other  assignments  from  time  to  time  per  biz  development  needs   

Qualification:   
1  College  degree  or  above  graduate  in  printing  or  related 
2  At  least  3  years＇  working  experience  in  a  printing  and  /  or  inks  environment 
3  Good  at  lithography,  and  familiar  with  Flexography  /letterpress  printing.   
4  Can  solve  the  ink  problem  independently. 
5  Good  English  language,  and  good  communication  skills 
6  Very  good  team  work  spirit 
7  Willing  to  travel  frequently
