职责和责任 

定期走访新老用户,处理客户订单,建立客户档案 
Visiting  customer，dealing  customer’s  order  and  establishing  customer’s  documents 
协助ATG市场部对各行业的开发，分析预测并制定市场战略，新产品的可行性开发和研究及相关工作 
Assist  ATG  Marketing  to  the  development  of  the  industry,  analysis  and  forecasting  and  to 
develop  marketing  strategy,  the  feasibility  of  new  product  development  and  research  and  related  work 
跟踪客户订单的执行，做好售后服务工作 
Following  excution  of  customer  order  and  doing  well  aftersales  service 
现场处理客户投诉，协助公司质量部门处理投诉 
Dealing  customer’s  complaints 
依照公司退换货流程处理客户的退换货 
Dealing  return  purchase 
处理公司物流部门在客户处的单据处理工作 
Handling  bill  of  document  of  logistics 
拓展负责区域的客户

负责客户的货款回收
