Regional Application Analyst – FICO
REPORT TO:
AP Regional HR & Finance IT Leader

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide process and system expertise on FINANCE related application systems especially SAP R3 in AP region. As a member of finance IMO, lead / participate all finance systems implementation in order to ensure the project success. Provide and coordinate all on-going supports & maintenance on these finance applications in order to ensure the smooth daily operation.
· Coordinate with user team & 3rd party consultants on the requirement development for finance process & applications.
· Support the business process development by enabling the application system / tool in the financial area.
· Support on the enhancement or roll-out the best practice solution to meet operational needs.
· Design, deliver & monitor the training & documentation for the implementation of the project.
· Manage the data cleansing, and conversion plan & solution from IMO prospective whenever necessary.
· Manage or coordinate the requirements of all reports and analysis for any finance processes.
· Provide or coordinate the on-going support & maintenance. Act as a key point of contact between the internal users, third party IT vendors, technical team and external customers if any.
· Work as a team to manage user expectation and conduct change management efforts to all stakeholders.
· As a member of finance IMO, provide any finance process/application supports to the other regions if needed or in case of any urgent matter.
· Work with finance team and IMO leaders on IT budget data preparation, collection, and analysis.
CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS:
· Bachelor degree or above in IS, Finance or other related domain with 5-8 years working experience in ERP / Finance applications.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in implementation and support to SAP FI/CO module. SAP PA certification is a plus.
· Solid Experience for e-banking and Tax systems in AP countries. And solid experience in using SL (special ledger) and ML (material ledger) is preferred.
· Solid experience of implementation of ERP/SAP systems. Completed at least 2 full cycle SAP implementation as a FICO team leader or independent consultant.
· Solid project management skill is required. PMP certification is a plus.
· Ability to drive best practices and standard processes with business colleagues as part of project implementation. CPA certification is a plus.
· Good communication skill with users and key stakeholders. Customer/User-Focused mindset.
· Willingness and capability to learn new things. Sensitive to new technology and new solutions.
· Result oriented. Commitment and enthusiasm to complete the task assigned.
· Both spoken and written English. Mandarin speaking .
