Responsibilities:
? Develop  new  product,  improve  exiting  formula  and  consolidate  technology  plate-form  under  supervision.
? Documents  and  summarizes  data  and  makes  interpretation  and  experimental  conclusion.
? Optimize  production  process  to  continually  reduce  manufacturing  cycle  times  and  product  cost,  improve  quality  control  and  the  overall  performance  of  coatings.
? Work  with  the  production  and  QC  team  to  ensure  that  all  products  are  designed  for  efficient  manufacture  and  meet  quality  requirements.
? Work  with  TSSR  team  in  the  lab  and  the  field  on  trouble  shooting  under  supervisor.
? Identify  new  raw  materials  and  technologies  for  raw  material  replacement  to  cost  saving,  single  source  and  urgent  raw  material  shortage.
? Maintain  equipment  and  laboratory  facilities  consistent  with  safety  and  quality  principals.

Requirements:  （Related  working  experience/Formal  education  summary）
? A  bachelor’s  degree  in  chemical  engineering,  chemistry,  or  related  fields.
? 5  years’  experience  in  coatings,  including  3  years  on  UV  coating.
? Competent  in  written  and  spoken  English.（Preferred）
? Good  presentation  skills.
