2. To realize knowledge of Chemical Engineering and organic chemistry etc or related work
3. Above 1 years production working experience in chemical plant
4. Problem solving：Excellent implementation capacity and ability of analyze and solve problems
Decision making：Excellent planning, organizing, coordinating capacity, Strong capability of analysis & judgment & assessment
5. Require responsibility, be good at observing, work self-determination. Favorable cooperation & communication
6. Require overtime
岗位职责：
Job Description：
1. To assist or participate in operations in each team and matters concerned by team leader.
2. To achieve intraday output by SOP, Order, Invoice etc.
3. To record process data by actual Production situation.
4. After 6 months：To finish training of field operation in each team.
5. After 1 year：To finish training of major accountabilities by production supervisor
