Your  main  responsibility  will  be  the  support  and  advisory  service  for  our  customers  in  Aviation  Industry  in  China  in  regards  to  all  technical  application  questions  and  problems.  You  will  support  Sales  and  Marketing  with  introductions  of  coating  systems  into  the  market,  trouble  shooting,  technical  advice  as  well  as  acquisition  of  new  customers.

We  assume  that  you  have  completed  a  specialized  training  in  the  field  of  paints  or  hold  a  university  degree  in  technical  engineering.  You  should  have  gained  practical  experience  in  application  technologies,  in  the  coating  converting  industry  or  in  any  close-by  chemical  industry  in  China.

We  expect  you  to  have  an  ability  to  develop  innovative  technical  solutions  and  to  win  over  customers  with  your  solutions.  Therefore  excellent  presentation  skills,  written  and  oral,  as  well  as  strong  communication  skills  are  needed.  You  are  fluent  in  the  Chinese  language  （Mandarin）  and  you  also  speak  English  and/or  German  well.

You  will  be  based  in  Shanghai,  but  will  travel  intensively  throughout  the  whole  country.  Your  job  requires  a  high  ability  to  work  independently  and  to  take  over  personal  responsibility.  Flexibility,  enthusiasm,  dedication  and  readiness  to  travel  up  to  a  high  level  are  self-evident  for  you  as  well  as  the  ability  to  integrate  yourself  within  a  team.
