3-5  years  or  above  in  mechanical  workshop  preferred  in  sheet  metal  industry
Basic  knowledge  of  ISO9000,  Quality  system  (CPK,  SPC),  measurement  technique
Proficiency  in  ACAD  and  PRO-E,  Window  software  of  Excel,  Word,  Project
Nice  and  easy  going  to  work  with  other
Familar  with  reading  &  writing  English

1.To  review  customer  drawing  on  NPI  and  customer  EC
2.To  provide  technical  feedback  for  improvement  such  as  DFM,  PFMEA  and  others  manufacturing  devices
3.To  follow  up  and  compare  NPI  project  on  time
4.To  setup  part  number  and  BOM  in  Oracle  system
5.To  follow  up  customer  change  whenever  it  is  caused  by  EC  or  ant  channels
6.To  prepare  jig  and  fixtures  as  well  as  manufacturing  equipment  where  necessary
7.To  liaise  with  suppliers  on  tooling  and  equipments  and  purchased  parts
8.To  prepare  unfold  drawing  on  customer  drawing
9.To  estimate  cycle  time
