1.  Purpose/Key  Objectives  of  the  Job
Monitoring  new  products  and  technologies  production  implementation,  30%
Operation  excellence  support,  including  problem  batch,  slow  moving  goods  handling,  formulation  feedback,  etc.,  25%
Testing/support  of  existing  products,  processes  and  coating  systems,  15%
HSE  implementation  and  5S  lab  work,  5%
Business  travel  for  line  trial,  complaint  handling  and  technical  communications,  5%
Documentation  work,  20%

2.  Responsibilities

Manage  effective  planning  and  day  to  day  requirements  for  assigned  projects  and  support  activities
Develop  test  methodology  to  achieve  technical  innovation  within  project/support  requirements
Contribute  toward  Improvement  Projects  to  effect  changes  as  required
Demonstrate  commitment  and  responsibility  to  integrity  and  ethics
Undertake  additional  activities  as  required,  within  the  scope  of  the  role

3.  Job  Requirements
Essential  educational  qualifications,  relevant  experience  and  requested  skills.
BSc/Master  in  a  science  discipline  with  emphasis  on  chemistry,  engineering  or  physics  or  related  subjects.
Experience  of  working  in  a  laboratory  environment  preferred.
5+  years  coating  research/development  work  experience,  3+  years  in  automotive/general  industry  related  coating  industry.
Good  MS  office  tools  skill
Good  English  skill  on  writing
