遵守公司核心经营方针/Shouldworkbycompanycore-operationpriciples;遵守标准操作程序，安全准确有效地操作机器人执行喷涂检测，记录、整理、汇报、存档检测数据/CanfollowSOP/TMstrictlyandperformthesemi-techdailyworkinsafe,accurateandefficiencyway.Record,analysis,reportandarchivethetestresults.执行非常规的检测或者实验室小样的制作/Candolabbatchorirregulartestforsomespecialpurpose.如有必要，配合同事调查质量事故或客户投诉/Workwithcolleaguestoinvestigatequalityincidentandcustomercomplaintifnecessary.主管安排的其他工作/OtherworkingarrangedbyLableader.技能及知识要求/Skill&KnowledgeRequired:
理工科相关专业-大专以上学历/Collegeoraboveeducationinscienceorengineeringfield.较好的动手能力，了解一些实验室设备和机械知识/Begoodatoperationilabandunderstandequipmentandmechanics.最好在化学相关的实验室工作过/WorkingexperienceinChemicalLabwillbeaplus;学习能力强，能够较快接受新事物/Quicklearnandworkwithnewtechnique/knowledge,interestingtotheanalysis/testforcoatingproducts;吃苦耐劳，能够适应倒班工作/Canworkundertoughconitionandfitwithnightshiftwork;良好的沟通协调能力/Goodskilloncommunication;有一定的英文读写能力/CanreadandwriteEnglish;对工作年限无特别要求/Thereisnospecialrequirementonworkingexperience.
