职位描述：
1.      Facilitation  and  implementation  of  the  PPG  Quality  Process  with  an  emphasis  on  planning  and  eｘecution  of  Lean  Enterprise  Value  Stream/Rapid  Improvement  Workshops  within  the  context  of  a  Lean  Enterprise  Implementation  plan.
2.      Facilitator  will  teach  &  facilitate  the  use  of  various  structured  problem  solving  techniques,  team  effectiveness  techniques  and  drive  the  workshop  participants  to  implement  lean  tools  using  team  ideas  and  solutions  that  will  achieve  real  and  sustainable  improvements  in  PPG  Tianjin’s  manufacturing  capacity,  quality  and  cost.
运用多样的解决问题技巧和团队建设技巧，教授，组织，推动项目组成员分工协作运用精益生产的工具对工厂的生产制造能力，质量，成本等方面实现真正持久的改进。
3.      Conduct  objective  assessments  of  our  capability  to  lead  significant  change  and  work  with  Lean  manager/Other  department  manager/Industry  Engineers  to  reconcile  any  issues  or  obstacles.
对工厂的生产能力进行客观评估，导向重大的变革，和精益生产经理，其他部门经理和工业工程师一起协调各种问题和障碍。
4.      Develop  the  appropriate  driving  metrics  for  Lean,  assess  baseline  performance,  work  with  operation  managers,  to  develop  appropriate  targets  and  measure  progress  to  targets.
发展适用的精益生产推动方案，评估基准执行情况，和运营经理一起制定适当的目标，评估进程。
5.      Tracking  the  open  task  and  follow  it  to  close.
未完成任务的跟踪和推动直至其完成。
6.      Document  all  the  best  practice  and  maintain  the  information  through  Share  Point.  Play  an  active  role  within  a  network  of  Lean/Performance  improvement  sharing  within  plant.
将所有好的实践以文件的形式保存下来，维护信息共享平台。在工厂内部积极构建精益生产发展的互助空间。



职位要求：
1.    Bachelor’s  or  above  degree  in  Chemistry  or  Engineering  or  equivalent
化学，工程类或相关专业学士学历。
2.    Should  meet  all  related  requirements  regarding  Quality  Management  Systems  and  EHS  Management  Systems
需满足质量管理体系和EHS管理体系的所有相关要求。
3.    Expertise  in  Lean,  Six  Sigma  &  Quality  improvement  processes
精益生产，六西格玛，质量改进项目专家。
4.    Manufacturing  operations  experience,  minimum  of  2  years  preferred
至少两年的制造运营经验优先。
5.    Ability  to  effectively  facilitate  cross  functional  teams  in  a  process  improvement  workshop
能够有效组织跨部门的流程改进研究会。
6.    Working  knowledge  of  how  to  facilitate/lead  organizational  change  initiatives
了解如何协调或主导组织变革创新。
7.    Ability  to  communicate,  manage  and  resolve  conflicts.
能够沟通，管理和解决冲突。
8.    Good  PC  skills.
良好的计算机能力。
9.    English  Level  CET  6.
国家英语六级。
