Main  Responsibilities： 
1.Reactor  Safety  representative  for  toll  manufacturers  in  AP.  Regular  communication  with  global  Reactor  Safety  team.  Conduct  2nd  party  audit  to  the  toll  manufacturers. 
2.Support  PSM/PHA  in  production. 
3.Lead/support  chemists  to  scale  up  paint  and  resin  formula  from  lab  experiment. 
4.Closely  work  with  PE  team  and  chemists  to  optimize  the  process  or  upgrade  the  production  system  if  needed. 
5.Make  project  proposal  to  the  business.  Execute  the  project  and  lead  startup,  commissioning  and  alignment  if  needed 
Minimum  requirements: 
1.  Must  have  a  degree  in  Chem.  Eng.,  preferably  Master. 
2.  Must  have  excellent  English  communication  skills  including  speaking,  listening  and  reading. 
3.  A  self-starter,  able  to  work  independently  with  limited  supervision. 
4.  Able  to  lead  team  work  and  also  a  good  team  player  if  required. 
5.  Strong  ability  to  work  in  a  multifunctional  environment.
