Job  Responsibilities: 
Lead  the  color  lab  to  reach  any  type  of  color  target,  in  any  product  lines  sold  in  China.  Allocate  resource  to  provide  hi-quality  color  match  service  and  handle  color  complaints.  Register  and  maintain  color  data  in  GRID  and  local  color  database.  Conduct  internal  color  training  if  necessary.  Maintain  color  lab  equipment.   


Requires: 
A  minimum  5  years  experience  in  refinish  color  matching  and  2  years  in  team  management  role  are  required.  Through  knowledge  of  tinter  lines  is  mandatory.  Sound  knowledge  of  color  theory,  instrumental  color  matching  is  a  must.  Sound  knowledge  of  paint  and  pigment  is  preferred. 
Strong  oral  communication  and  coach  skills  are  needed.  Excellent  PC  skill  especial  Access  skill  is  preferred.  Good  English  skill  is  required.If  you  can  work  in  Suzhou
