Lab  Chemist,  Personal  &  Home  Care-Technical  （实验室化学师–个人与家居护理，彩妆研发） 

Key  Responsibilities: 

·  Develop  and  validate  analytical  methods  for  cosmetic  and  other  samples.   
·  Good  technical  understanding  of  related  disciplines,  conduct  routine/non-routine  research  and  provide  experiments  with  some  supports; 
·  Be  familiar  with  cosmetic  or  home  care  material  segments  are  preferred. 
·  Keep  detail  testing  record  and  the  testing  data  should  be  traceable.   
·  Maintain  a  safe  and  tidy  laboratory  and  maintain  lab  equipment  good  performance; 
·  Co-development  of  technical  processes  with  formulation  research  or  trouble  shooting  with  teammates  to  meet  business  needs  and  timelines. 
·  To  clarify  and  document  all  testing  methods  and  procedures,  and  demonstrations  in  order  to  communicate  with  the  team,  supplier. 
·  Work  together  with  Sales  and  Business  Development  departments  to  better  understand  the  market  and  to  be  proactive  in  the  proposition  of  division. 
·  Implementing  tasks  and  other  works  from  leadership. 

Requirements: 

·  Bachelor  degree  or  above,  major  in  Chemical  Engineering  or  Chemistry 
·  3-5  years  of  working  experience  in  technical  support  in  personal  care  field 
·  Strong  Technical  knowledge  (Product/Formula  Application)   
·  Good  communication  and  organization  skills 
·  With  good  sense  of  team  spirit,  willing  to  share  experience  with  team  member 
·  Work  systematically,  always  has  good  organized  things 
·  Having  extensive  experience  of  lab  equipment  selection  and  lab  installation  and  maintenance. 
·  Familiar  with  test  program  and  test  software 
·  Fluent  in  both  Chinese  (Mandarin)  and  English  language  in  oral  and  written.   
·  Fully  familiar  with  windows  office. 
·  Willing  to  travel
