Main  Accountabilities： 
-  Be  quite  familiar  with  the  technical  formulas,  know  the  exact  meanings  and  requirements  of  formulas 
-  Be  responsible  to  change  the  formulas  from  Technology  department  into  production  orders,  which  are  easy  understood,  measurable  and  operative.   
-  Understand  the  experiment  process  of  new  products；  control  the  whole  operation  process  of  the  new  product  during  the  trial-produce. 
-  Establish  the  accurate  process  of  each  operation  procedure 
-  Be  familiar  with  the  performance  of  equipments,  control  the  best  function  status  of  equipments 
-  Adjust  the  equipment  according  to  the  products  requirements,  exert  the  capacity  of  equipments 
-  Guide  production  to  arrange  the  material  flow  of  the  workshop  reasonably 
-  Allocate  the  process  link  up  time  in  the  workshop 
Qualification: 
-  College  degree  in  Chemistry   
-  Minimum  3  years  comprehensive  experiences  in  the  area  of  R&D,  production  etc.  in  the  chemical  industry 
-  Managerial  experience  is  preferred 
-  Good  analytical  ability   
-  Teamwork  Spirit   
-  Give  instructions  to  the  operators  in  production  process  when  necessary
