Principle  Accountabilities/  职责：
1，Work  by  company  core  values/遵守公司核心价值；
2，Can  follow  SOP/TM  strictly  and  perform  the  daily  work  in  safe,  accurate  and  efficiency  way.  Record,  calculation,  analysis  report  and  archieve  the  test  results；遵守标准操作程序，安全准确有效地执行每日检测内容，记录、计算、分析汇报存档检测数据；
3，Can  do  lab  batch  or  irregular  test  for  some  special  purpose；执行非常规的检测或者实验室小样的制作；
4，Work  with  colleagues  to  investigate  quality  incident  and  customer  complaint  if  necessary；如有必要，配合同事调查质量事故或客户投诉；
5，Other  working  arranged  by  Lab  leader/主管安排的其他工作。
Skill  and  knowledge  required/技能及知识要求：
Major  or  Science  or  Chemicals  is  a  plus,  college  above  degree；理工科相关专业（化工分析专业），大专以上学历；
Work  experience  on  chemical  lab  will  be  better；有在化学相关的实验室工作的经历；
Quick  to  learn  and  work  with  new  technique,  interested  in  analysizing/testing  coating  products；学习能力强，能够较快接受新事物；
Can  work  under  tough  condition  and  fit  with  night  shift  work；吃苦耐劳，  能够适应轮班工作；
Good  skill  on  communication；良好的沟通能力；
No  special  working  requirement  on  working  experience；工作年限不限。
