9. Understand Industrial Law

12. Demonstrate ability to manage efficient production, quality assurance, maintenance,
production planning and supply chains management activities.
13. Demonstrate strengths to take actions in maximizing organization resources for
departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
14. Demonstrate ability to identify technical and management issues in the Operations
Department and provide appropriate solutions, in operation department.
岗位职责：
1. Develop operational targets which that are linked to objectives.
2. Aggregate plan, maintain and monitor the manufacturing processes.
3. Ensure the production costs are maintained at an appropriate level, in coordination with the Finance Department.
4. Direct a synchronization of Aoke’s manufacturing processes with A-Tec initiatives to ensure that innovation and continuous improvement are carried out throughout in the production processes.
5. Improve business process efficiency and effectiveness through A-Tec initiatives.
6. Ensure the implementation of the brand management policy in the manufacturing processes.
7. Ensure the readiness of the maintenance includes time, cost and quality of Aoke’s assets is managed in accordance with the technical standards.
8. Ensure the consistency of product quality.
9. Develop operations reports.
10. Recommending and implementation of new product development and launches.
