具体要求:
1. Key Responsibilities:
? Keep close contact with project team and SCM team by providing purchasing support on sourcing, supplier evaluation, selection and contract which follow global and local purchasing policy.
? Cooperate with project team and SCM team to provide the relevant purchasing documents to the suppliers and monitor the process, feedback and work out the summary reports for management team review.
? Communicate with internal team and suppliers to Monitor the procurement operations from contract to payment.
? ? Category and claim management with suppliers / internal customers
? ? Controlling, monitoring, report, documentation and communication of sourcing status, process and success
? Be responsible for cross-functional negotiation with the suppliers on contract and claim management
? Attend the regular project meeting with project team and SCM team for purchasing updates and project status review

3. Qualification:
? Education- University degree.
? Experience- Minimum 5 years of Indirect Purchasing experience, ESPECIALLY the experience in SCM and CAPEX.
SAP or similar ERP systems experience is preferred
