REQUIREMENTS:
1.  University  Graduate  /  High  School  or  equivalent.
2.  At  least  3  years  experience  in  chemical  trading,  preferably  in  coatings  products.
3.  Familiar  with  automotive  industry/  products;  Very  good  understanding  of  collision  repair  industry  and  Very  good  understanding  of  paintshop  work  processes.
4.  Very  good  listening  skills,  Good  argumentation  skills,  Ability  to  discuss  solutions  competently,  Managing  change  and  transition  processes  and  Good  training  skills.

JOB  OBJECTIVES:
Bodyshop  Solutions  Specialist  will  focus  on  helping  customers  to  improve  their  performance,  primarily  through  the  analysis  of  existing  business  problems  and  development  of  plans  for  improvement.

MAIN  RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.  Support  customer  acquisition  and  retention  through  collaboration  with  sales  team.
2.  Together  with  sales,  support  the  ｓelection  of  customers  via  customer  filters  enabling  an  appropriate  prioritization  based  on  relevance  and  resource  investments
3.  Implement  and  run  ｓelected  ABS  (Advanced  Bodyshop  Solutions)  programs  and  tools  to  support  selling  primarily  premium  brands.  ABS  modules  in  focus:

Facility  Planning
Warranty
Smart  Repair  Shop
4.  Steer  and  run  customer  ABS  projects  responsibly  and  independently.
