Education: 
University/College  graduation,  Chemical  Bachelor  preferred 
Experience: 
At  least  5  years  experience  in  ISO9001  QMS,  TS16949  with  knowledge  of  Quality  Tools,  FMEA,  MSA,  SPC,  APQP  preferred 
Skill: 
Good  Communication  skill,  writing  &  speaking  in  Mandarin  &  English 
Good  Computer,  network  &  Software  Skill,  Microsoft  Office 
Data  Analytical  skill,  Six  Sigma  GB/BB  preferred

Principle  Accountabilities: 

1.Maintain  ISO/TS16949  QMS 
a.Organize  Quality  Audit  on  system,  product  and  process 
b.Support  Management  Review 
c.Cooperate  External  Audit 

2.Implement  One  DPC  Quality  Metrics 
a.Coordinate  accurate  and  timely  reporting 
b.Organize  regular  KPI  review 
c.Drive  Quality  Objective  achievement 

3.Deliver  Training 
a.Deliver  Refresh  Training  on  Quality  Tools 
b.Deliver  Training  to  new  employees  on  Quality  Policy/Principle  &  System 
c.Deliver  Training  based  on  global  quality  team  guidance 

Drive  Quality  Improvement  Process: 
1.DPC  Matrics  Database 
a.Maintain  DPCS  Customer  Complaint  handling  Process 
b.Follow  up  Root  Cause  Failure  Analysis  &  Corrective  Actions 

2.MitC  System 
a.Maintain  Internal  Quality  Incident  Reporting  System  （MitC） 
b.Follow  up  Root  Cause  Failure  Analysis  &  Corrective  Actions 

3.QIP 
a.Organize  Core  Quality  Committee  Review  Meeting 
b.Support  Each  Quality  Sub-committee  Regular  Review
