Qualifications:
Working experience:
1) 4+ years Coated abrasive product development (sheet or belt is preferred )
2) Strong resin design experience
3) Familiar with local RM source (vendor, key RM like mineral, backing, and general resin)
4) Familiar with coated abrasive process and lab evaluation
Education Background: Chemical major, or abrasive related major, bachelor or above ( except very excellent, including several IP owner and one who developed products with big sales ); fluent English
Character: Active to learn and work, Innovational thinking, team work, willing to travel sometimes
Location: HeFei ( 2011~2012 locate in ShangHai )
岗位职责：
Responsibility:
Responsible for new product development
Establishing product documents including product specifications, raw material requirements and associated test methods.
Verify customer requirements, transform customer requirements into target product requirement and specifications.
Effective communication with global team for effective resources and project alignment.
