职位描述：
1.  Conduct  the  routine  QC  tests  and  color  match  according  to  the  relative  SOP  on  in-process  and  finished  products  to  ensure  the  quality  within  the  specifications,  record  and  feedback  all  the  test  results  timely  and  correctly.  Approve  the  qualified  products  to  pass,  control  the  unqualified  products,  take  the  appropriate  action  according  to  SOP,  avoid  shipping  to  customer.
根据操作流程对在制品、半成品、成品进行配色并检验，保证制程中的半成品、出厂产品质量符合规格要求,
并对所有的检验结果进行及时、准确的记录与反馈。
对检查合格的成品予以通过，控制生产中检查出的不合格品，根据操作流程采取相应措施，避免其流向下
道工序。
2.  Investigate  on  quality  anomalies  and  customer’s  complaint,  analyze  on  the  root  cause  of  the  quality  issues,offer  the  solution  and  improvement  plan,  participate  the  activity  for  the  quality  improvement  and  continuous  improvement.
调查质量异常和客户抱怨，分析不良质量原因，提出处理方案和改进措施，并参与质量改进活动和持续改
善。
3.  Understand  and  meet  all  related  requirements  regarding  Quality  Management  Systems  and  EHS  Management  Systems,  QC  lab’s  cleaning  and  maintenance,  5S  promotion.
理解并执行PPG  关于质量体系和EHS  体系的要求,对QC  实验室的清洁维护，5S  提高。
Requires:
要求：
1.  College  or  above  degree  in  Chemistry  or  equivalent.
化学相关专业大专或以上学历。
2.  Over  2  years  chemical  engineering  or  chemistry  disciplines  background.
2  年以上涂料或涂料相关行业的工作经验。
3.  Master  in  the  knowledge  and  skill  about  the  chemical  and  instrument  analysis,  understand  the  chemical  properties,  safety  and  production  process.
掌握化学分析、仪器分析方面的知识、技能，了解化学品的性能、安全及生产工艺。
4.  Good  lab  work  skill.
良好的实验室工作技能。
5.  Good  communication  skill  and  team  work.
