To  be  responsible  for  providing  systematically  concept  tools  &  concept  support  so  as  to  enhance  the  professional  image  of  the  Jotun  sales  team.
Attend  and  contribute  to  Concept  Meetings  as  needed.

Ensure  that  the  references  used  by  sales  team  are  in  good  quality  and  well  maintained
Support  the  Concept  &  sales  team  in  having  systematic  &  professional  tools  to  approach  the  market.

Main  tasks

Sales  Tools  &  Concept  Support
Managing  the  SharePoint  platform.  Control  the  contents  in  the  Share  Point  and  monitor  the  updates  of  the  documents  in  Sharepoint.
Developing  &  continuously  improve  the  Professional  Sales  Tools  that  could  be  used  as  templates  for  various  business  areas,  includes:
●Technical  Proposals  for  (HPI,  Infra,  Energy)
●Maintenance  Manual  for  Maintenance  Concept
●Concept  External  Presentations
●  Bidding  Document  Sample
●  References  Systems  &  Case  histories  development
●Concept  new  market  study
●Other  tools  as  required  in  future
