Account  Manager
Job  Description

1） To  design  and  implement  account  plan  for  German  accounts  or  Japanese  accounts  or  local  accounts
2） Build  up  strong  relationship  and  connection  with  the  customers
3） Support  and  accountable  for  daily  service  and  customer  satisfaction  at  customers’  site
4） Coordinate  all  functional  resources  to  make  sure  quality  service,  product  delivery  and  fast  response  to  problems  are  meeting/  exceeding  customers’  expectation.
5） Work  with  sales  managers  to  make  sure  the  commercial  terms  are  meeting/  exceeding  company  goal
6） Meeting/  exceeding  financial  goal

Qualification

1） At  least  3-5  yrs  successful  account  development  and  sales  experience  in  Auto  related  industry
2） Good  communication,  coordination  and  people  handling  skill
3） Good  customer  relationship  and  connection
4） Strong  sense  of  accountability,  good  leadership  and  able  to  work  under  big  challenges  and  strong  pressure.
5） Good  product  and  technical  knowledge
6） Good  English  communication  capability  is  needed,  good  German  will  be  a  plus  or  Japanese  is  a  must
