Responsibilities:
l Achieve & exceed sales target in the assigned territory by managing existing customer and developing new business.
l Offer solution to customer’s question & facilitate customers to improve the operation process & productivity.
l Execute business programs at territory level and monitor progress.
l Manage existing distribution network and develop professional jobber network.
l Ensure on time payment of customer orders, and manage customer’s quality complaints.
l Plan & implement customer visit and solution offering with maximum daily productivity.
l Collect end user information for database update by each market segment, and feedback competitor’s information & activities.
l Well plan & conduct DPC Refinish training programs at all levels in territory.
Qualifications:
l Bachelor’s Degree or above.
l At least 5 years sales experience for related products.
l Being familiar with auto after market is a plus.
l Good market development experience and strong negotiation skills.
l Self-learning and positive working attitude.
l Can work independently and under pressure.
l Good English communication skill and computer skill.
