Role  Main  Accountabilities



1.  Responsible  for  project  cost  estimation,  cost  control,  organise  the  public  bidding,  project  site  coordination,  quality  control,  and  etc.

2.  Responsible  for  organising  the  project  feasibility  study,  designing,  permitting.

3.  Control  the  every  step  of  project  on  schedule  and  budget,  including  (but  not  limited)  civil  construction,  equipment  and  instrument  installation,  and  etc.

4.  Define  future  state  and  change  plan

5.  Coordinate  the  different  contractor  in  the  project  site  to  keep  the  scheduled  lines  in  progress.

6.  Responsible  for  improvement  project  for  existing  facility.

7.  Responsible  for  relevant  project  progress  summary  and  reporting.

8.  Responsible  for  coordinating  with  local  authority.

9.  Troubleshooting  and  keep  the  project  moving  forward  smoothly.

10.  Follow  up  &  review  the  progress  regularly  and  coordinate  the  resource  to  keep  the  scheduled  project  on  time.

11.  Responsible  for  project  "check  and  accept".

12.  Responsible  for  project  documentation  and  file  archiving.  Initiative  deal  with  daily  work.  Keep  record.  Have  clear  filing  and  maintain  of  all  documents.

13.  Train  and  develop  the  subordinates

14.  Obey  the  safety  rules  strictly.

15.  Team  building  and  provide  internal  support  cross-functionally.




Qualification:

?  University  degree  or  above  in  engineering  or  science  discipline

?  Above  5  years  experience  in  engineering  and  project  management

?  Familiar  with  relevant  local  regulation

?  Good  communication  and  coordination  with  people

?  Good  English  and  computer  skill  (ACAD  is  necessary).
