Job  Descriptions:

1.协调、制定并实施生产计划，  制定生产时间表和生产目标，保质保量的按时完成计划以满足销售需求；
Coordinate,draft  and  implement  production  plan,  establish  production  schedule  and  targets,  complete  plan  on  the  basis  of  good  quality,  targeted  quantity  and  on-time  delivery,  to  meet  the  sales  requirements；
2.管理和执行质量改进，成本控制和效率提高的相关项目；  如有投资项目，则严格按照进程完成既定任务；
Manage  and  eｘecute  various  programs  that  lead  to  improvements  in  quality,  costs  and  overall  efficiency；  eｘecute  all  process  according  to  time  schedule  for  any  investments；
3.确保厂区厂房、设施设备和等厂区内公司财产进行合理维护和保养；
Ensure  proper  maintenance  of  all  production  assests  in  the  plant,  such  as  plant  area,  plant  infrastructures,  facilities,  machine/equipment  are  promptly  conducted  and  rectified.
4.负责就生产整体表现，生产计划延误后的纠正、成本超支、原材料短缺问题的解决与其它问题向管理层提供建议；
Advise  management  on  manufacturing  activities,  performance  and  results  and  recommends  corrective  actions  relating  to  delayed  schedules,  excessive  costs,  material  shortages  and  other  deterrent  factors；
5.参与生产及生产工艺参数的制定和管理,并和研发部门协作进行产品开发，评定和改进现有的生产方法、设备和工艺；
Participate  in  production  and  process  data  defining,  also  cooperate  with  R&D  to  assist  in  product  development,  evaluating  and  improving  manufacturing  methods,  equipment  and  techniques
6.管理和培训生产部门员工,  建立一支人才充足稳定的生产团队；
Manage  and  train  all  related  production  staff,  build  up  stable  and  adequate  talent  team  in  production；
7.确保生产现场有必要的环境保护，健康和安全的防护设施以及如防火等风险管理设施
Ensure  all  necessary  protection  regarding  to  environment,  health  &  safety  and  risk  management  such  as  fire  protection  etc.,  in  production  area。

二、招聘条件
1，  大学以上学历，化工类专业，
2，  5年以上生产经理岗位工作经验，从事行业为炊具涂料行业，其次为其他涂料行业
3，  具有良好的团队管理经理，
4，  良好的沟通和协调能力，
5，  有丰富的生产管理经验，逻辑思维性强，有良好的分析和解决问题的能力，
6，  普通话和英语读写流利。

三、公司待遇
本公司实行5天工作制，每天工作8小时。入职即购买五险一金及团体商业意外及住院保险，试用期后享有带薪年假。其它具体待遇面议。
