工作职责：
-GoodSHEsense/具有良好的安全操作意识；
-Supportchemisttocompletedailylabwork/协助化学师处理实验室的日常管理事务；
-SupportChemisttodefineprocessinstructionsformanufacturingofcoatingsproducts.Followstandardalignmentandmanufacturingprocedures.
协同化学师依照标准化制造流程完成涂料制造的工作指导书，
-Supportchemisttoverifypaintperformance,identifyQCSpecandconfirmapplicationparameters协助化学师执行涂料产品性能、QC样品以及相关参数的确认。
-SupportChemisttodefineapplicationparametersforoptimumcoatingperformance.协助化学师完成涂料性能的最优参数的设置。
-Ensuringreliabletestresultsbycorrectequipmenthandling,testexecutionandregularequipmentmaintenance能正确使用设备执行检测任务，设备的常规维护，从而保证试验结果的可靠性；
-InterpretingandreportingtestresultstolabChemistontime
及时翻译/报送测试数据；
-Documentationoftestresults/测试结果的文档管理

Requirements:/技能要求
-Highschoolorabove,majorinchemistry,polymerscienceorrelated
高中/技校以上学历，化学/化工相关专业；
-1-3yearscoatinglabexperience,familiarwithsolventborneorwaterbornecoatingsystem,preferredinAutomotiveOEMCoatinglab
1~3年涂料的实验室行业工作背景，有溶剂性/水性涂料行业的工作经验，水性漆的实验室经验优先考虑。
-FamiliarwithautomotivetestpanelpreparationandAutomotiveOEMcoatingtests,andfamiliarwithcommoncoatingtestinstrumentsapplication
熟悉OEM涂料的检测技术以及相关测试设备的使用。
-Colormatchworkexperiencearepreferred/有调色经验优先。
-GoodEnglishreadingandwritingability/具备常规的英文读写能力。
-Strongabilityinequipmentoperationandsimplemaintenance/具有实验室设备的操作/管理能力。
-Workunderpressureandindependently/具备一定的抗压能力。
-Teamspirit,open-minded,communicative/开朗、合作，善于沟通。
-Highsenseofresponsibility/有较强的工作责任感。
-Willingtolearnandgoodadaptability/学习能力强，能较快地融入新环境。
