岗位职责：

TheincumbentconductroutineQCtestsandcolormatchaccordingtotherelativeSOPonin-processandfinishedcoatingtoensurethequalitywithinthespecifications.Approvethequalifiedproducts,controlanddealwiththeunqualifiedproductstoavoidshiptocustomer.根据操作流程对涂料的在制品、半成品、成品进行配色并检验，保证制程中的半成品、出厂产品质量符合规格要求。放行检查合格的成品，控制并处理生产中检查出的不合格品，避免其流向下道工序。
AssistQCsupervisortoinvestigatethequalityissuefromtheproductionprocessandcustomerline,beabletodorelatedtrialsindependently.协助主管完成生产过程及客户现场的质量问题调查，能独立完成相关的试验。
Housekeeping/5SoftheQClabunderstandandmeetPPG’sQuality/EHSsystemrequirements.shiftwork.QC实验室的清洁维护、5S提高，理解和满足公司关于质量体系和EHS体系的要求。倒班工作。
