Communicate  with  RM  supplier  and  explore  RM  related  to  new  product  development
Deliver  technical  knowledge  to  fresher
Being  involved  in  formula  design  for  waterborne,  PU  or  UV
Carrying  out  experiment  for  R&D  purpose  and  processing  new  formula
Providing  support  to  production  department
Provide  technical  advice  to  production  dept  when  needed
Product  maintenance
Handle  customer  complaint  and  request
