1.  Degree  in  Material  chemistry,  Polymer  science  or  Organic  chemistry 

2.  Chinese  Citizen  or  Chinese  with  foreigner  citizenship  willing  to  a  Take  a  Challenging  and  Rewarding  Job  in  China 

3.  Industrial  or  Post-Doctoral  Experience  of  2  to  5  Years 

4.  Thorough  Knowledge  in  the  Synthesis  and  Characterization  of  polymer 

5.  Ability  to  Take,  Analyze  and  Interpret  Data  from  the  Analytical  Instruments  like,  NMR,  FT-IR,  GC,  HPLC,  GPC,  Mass  Spectra,  DSC  and  TGA  is  Essential 

6.  Knowledge  and  Experience  in  developing  PU,  Phenolic  Resins,  Epoxy  resins,Polyimide  et  el  can  be  highly  useful 

7.  Provide  Leadership  role  to  manage  Technical  and  Analytical  Department  Staff  and  Technicians 

8.  Person  should  be  responsible  for  developing  new  and  advanced  technologies  for  the  current  and  future  business  growth 

9.  Should  be  responsible  to  develop  and  commercialize  new  products  for  the  market  needs 

10.  Coordinate  projects  between  the  R&D  Lab  and  Plant  for  the  Successful  Commercialization  of  New  and  Existing  Products 

11.  Ability  to  give  technical  presentations  in  national  and  international  conferences  and  to  potential  customers  for  promoting  company  products
