POSITION  REQUIREMENTS 
Education:  Bachelor’s  degree  in  Chemical  Engineering  or  related  field. 
Experience:  Experience  in  development  and  scale-up  of  emulsions  and  emulsion  polymerization  （min.  3  years） 
-Knowledge  of  physics  of  dispersions 
-Knowledge  of  surface  chemistry  and  inter-phase  interactions  -Scale-up  and  dimensional  numbers 
-Knowledge  of  coating  and  paint  recipe 
-Good  English  （conversational） 
-Knowledge  in  materials  for  chemical  engineering  （pipelines,  pumps,  valves…）  and  chemical  equipment  is  desirable  but  not  a  must.
MAIN  RESPONSIBILITIES
To  analyze,  study,  propose,  communicate  and  supervise  the  optimal  manufacturing  process  for  all  of  the  new  products  in  order  to  guarantee  an  efficient  and  safe  process  at  the  plant  based  on  the  objectives  of  the  department  and  of  the  possible  risk  hazards  that  these  may  entail.
To  analyze,  study,  propose,  communicate  and  supervise  the  proper  functioning  of  the  required  installations,  for  scaling  the  new  production  processes  and  manufacturing  methods  at  the  production  plant.
To  draft  all  the  work  procedures  and  instructions  relating  to  the  production  processes  of  the  company  and  to  keep  them  up  to  date  in  order  to  guarantee  proper  functioning  and  performance.
To  study  and  propose  recycling  actions  and  study  the  risk  hazards  arising  from  the  production  process.

PURPOSE
Lead  and  facilitate  continuous  improvement  processes  within  the  operations  departments,  focusing  on  the  plant  processes  as  a  primary  responsibility.  This  function  will  work  with  all  operations  functions,  and  assist  them  in  meeting  cost,  quality  and  continuity  of  supply  objectives.

PROBLEM  SOLVING
Troubleshooting  of  unit  operational  and  quality  problems；  debottlenecking

INDEPENDENCE
All  necessary  efforts  to  resolve  problems  via  data  collection,  root-cause  analysis,  and  proposal  of  corrective  actions.

DEPENDENCE
New  equipment/Instrument  purchase,  Management  of  Change  process  compliance.
