Qualification:
1. Minimum 3 years of customer service/sales assistance work experience
2. Good at communication
3. Proficient in typing
4. Tech school or equivalent education
5. Good sense of responsibility
7. ERP experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and take care of order execution, including: Order processing & Handling customer inquiries, complaints or claims
2. Coordinate with Technical and Sales Members in updating Customer Database, e.g. organization, contact details of key persons, and the questionnaires
3. Draft quotations, contracts and other related documents
4. Assist Sales Members in marketing activities, such as lists, mails and posters delivery
5. Take care of filing and archiving
6. Prepare and/or distribute sales statistics
