TheincumbentisresponsiblefortheTechnicalServiceandSalesfunctionfromprospectingnewaccounts,developingaprofitablesalesofferingtomeetcustomerrequirements,closingdeals,planningandimplementingcommercializationintheaccounts,andlongtermmanagementofthebusinessrelationshipwithexistingcustomersinordertoexpandsharewiththem.
ThispositionisresponsibleforCAPinNorthChina.He/Shewillworkcloselywiththetechnicalfunction,andsalespersonneltoutilizeexistingproducttechnologiesadaptedtomeetspecificcustomerrequirementsand,whereappropriate,identifynewproductopportunitiesthatmayresultinsubstantialgrowthopportunities.

JobRequirement:
1.Acollegedegreeinchemistryorequivalent.
2.Withatleast5yearsofpaintingtechnicalseriveexperienceinrelevantGICAPcoatings.
3.Havestrongtechnologyattopcoat,colormatchandbusinessability
4.Goodcommunicationandservicesensearealsorequired.
