Bachelor degree or above;
More than 3 years R&D working experiences in coatings company, prefer have Epoxy or Zinc R&D experience
Good command of written and oral English is necessary, work with accuracy and team work-orientated
岗位职责：
Carry out required development and maintenance tasks by planning, formulating, testing and evaluating recipes and raw materials. This is carried out in consultation with a professional adviser and in accordance with the R&D plan.
Report results from development and maintenance work both orally and written through R&D and tertiary reports to ensure that the correct decisions, based on current experience, are made.
Search for and make use of knowledge through literature, practical experience, learning from others as well as attending courses to be in a position to work more independently with more complex R&D tasks.
