具体要求：
o Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering， at least 5 years ｅｘperience in the similar position. Preferable with previous ｅｘperience in the multi-national company.
o Strong negotiation skills both in English & Mandarin.
o Self starter with strong leadership skills.
o "Hand＇s-on" individual with ｅｘperience working in a machine workshop environment.
o Good project coordination & problem solving competencies.
岗位职责：
o Design of industrial tooling for use by local & group in its facilities worldwide.
o Sourcing & qualifying of local suppliers to fabricate the moulds & tooling.
o Testing & verifying of moulds & tooling.
o Participate in price and purchase contract negotiation with procurement team.
o Coordination of mould & tooling development activities for China， Europe & USA.
o Technical support to process engineer in terms of tooling and machines.
o Others special function will be assign by the superior from time to time.
