Main  Accountabilities

1.  Pigment  development,  process  modification,  surface  treatments

2.  Documents  and  literature  searching  and  archiving

3.  Clear  report  of  experiments  process,  conditions  and  final  results

4.  Coordinate  sampling  from  suppliers,  for  local/regional  TD  and  to  follow  up  feedback,  as  well  as  documents  relevant  information

5.  Test  competitor’s  products  regularly  and  document  relevant  information  for  benchmarking.  6.  Supporting  the  process  of  building  global  pigment  data  base.



Qualification:

?  Bachelor  degree  in  organic  synthesis  or  relevant  field

?  3-4  years  experience  in  colorants,  pigments,  dyes  or  ink  field

?  Laboratory  safety  training  in  chemistry  and  physics  area

?  Fluent  in  verbal  and  written  English
