技术支持主任TechnicalSalesSupportExecutive

主要职责：

-为工业保护涂料销售团队提供有效的技术支持以及售前售后各阶段客户的拜访；

-协助工业保护涂料销售团队进行销售过程中的各类技术标准准备工作；

-协助工业保护涂料销售团队和客户解决技术询问和涂料申请问题；

-协助配合整个技术支持团队全中国的工作；

-施工现场视察并结合相关的客户投诉进行不合格分析；

-支持协助技术服务部门解决技术问题；

-勤奋完成技术支持经理分配的日常工作。



职位要求：

-大专以上学历；

-5年以上工业或船舶涂料相关行业工作经验；

-有电力、基础建设、石化相关领域经验；

-具有FROSIO,NACE相关证书优先；

-能够经常出差；

-良好的沟通技巧和中英文听说读写能力。



Responsibilities:

-SupportProtectiveSalesinChina(withfocusonEastChina)withtechnicalinformation/adviseandcustomervisitsintheso-calledpre-andafter-salesstage;

-AssistProtectiveSaleswiththepreparationoftechnical(painting)specifications;

-AssistProtectiveSalesandJotun’scustomerswithtechnicalenquiriesandcoatingapplicationissues(on-site);

-AssistandcooperatewiththeTechnicalSalesSupportteamthroughoutChina;

-Carryouton-siteinspectionsandfailureanalysiswithrelationtoproductcomplaints;

-SupportandassisttheTechnicalServiceDepartmentwithtechnicalissues,ifandwhenrequired;

-CarryoutdailytasksasassignedbytheTechnicalSalesSupportManagerwithdiligenceanddedication.



Requirements:

-Abovecollegedegree;

-Atleast5years＇relatedexperienceintheProtectiveorMarineCoatingsIndustry;

-ExperienceintheEnergy,InfrastructureorOil&Gassectorsisanadvantage;

-FROSIO,NACEorequivalentcertificationisdesirable;

-Willingnesstotravel(thoughthejobfocuswillbeonEastChina,frequenttravelingthroughoutChinamayberequired);

-ExcellentcommunicationskillsinChineseandEnglish(bothwrittenandspoken).
