-  Ensure: 
1.  Develop  solution  for  the  UV  application  by  develop  new  raw  material  （focus  on  Photo  initiator  and  oligomer）  and  concept  for  the  printing  ink. 
2.  Elaborate  R&D  project  documentation  （brief,  objective  and  approach）,  so  as  to  better  define  and  communicate  the  project  content  in  the  most  efficient  manner.   
3.  Produce  experimental  inks  and  evaluate  its  characteristics.  Report,  discuss  the  results,  and  make  proposal  for  the  way  to  follow  to  achieve  the  goal  within  the  allowed  timeframe. 
4.  Continuously  analyses  technology  trends,  patents,  markets  and  competitors  to  develop  state-of-the-art  innovative  solutions. 
5.  Develop  new  raw  materials  and  discuss  the  results  with  the  supplier,  in  order  to  understand  the  reasons  of  successes  or  failures,  and  thereby  increase  Siegwerk  know-how. 
6.  Produce  regular  reporting  documents  with  appropriate  tools,  to  share  the  progress  of  the  project  in  the  most  logical,  clear  and  documented  style. 
7.  Participate  to  interface  meetings  with  business  units  so  as  to  share  knowledge  and  experiences  with  other  teams  and  departments  inland  and  abroad. 
8.  Ensure  that  professional  laboratory  practices  are  maintained,  such  as  laboratory  book,  appropriate  level  of  housekeeping,  and  proper  calibration  state  of  the  measuring  equipment. 
9.  Ensure  that  the  security  rules  are  applied  in  all  circumstances,  and  are  also  applied  by  the  subordinate’s  staff. 
-  Support:   
1.  Participate  to  the  industrialisation  of  the  newly  developed  product  in  order  to  guarantee  the  quality  consistency  and  the  technology  transfer  to  the  final  users. 
2.  Organise  the  work  of  subordinate  staff,  so  as  to  optimise  their  output  and  maximise  their  degree  of  motivation  and  expertise  development. 
3.  Train  the  subordinate  staff  to  maximise  their  professional  practices,  their  autonomy  and  encourage  multidisciplinary  skills. 
Qualification:   
1  Master  degree  in  Chemistry  science  or  polymer  chemistry 
2  Good  command  of  English  both  spoken  and  written 
3  More  than  3  years  UV  Raw  material  development  experience  preferably  in  ink,  coating  and  adhesive  industry 
4  Good  understanding  of  organic  synthesis  is  a  plus 
5  Team  leading  experience  is  preferred
