Principal  Accountabilities:

Prepare  paint  samples  according  to  existing  and  experimental  formulae  given  by  chemists
Conduct  various  physical/chemical/mechanical  properties
Report  the  findings  from  paint  preparation  and  test  results  in  a  written  form
Keep  good  inventory  of  raw  materials  and  supplies  for  daily  lab  use
Maintain  high  standard  of  EHS  and  housekeeping  (5S)  in  the  lab

Requires:
Chemistry  background  is  preferred
Knowledge  of  paint  formulation/manufacture/application  preferred  but  not  essential.
Strong  awareness  of  self-management  with  respect  to  time  management,  quality  and  self-discipline
Computer  literacy  -  familiar  with  Microsoft  Office  applications,  formulation  calculator
Good  communication  skills  (written  and  verbal)  to  clearly  report  results  and  data
