具体要求:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with CECA customer service team in France to follow up orders from quotation, contract drafting till , delivery schedule and payment collection.
- Tracking cargoes transportation as required by the customers.
- Assist sales team in resolving customer service issues such as complaint, sampling and products document.
- Prepare sales summary for all CECA business in China and submit monthly reports to sales management.
- Assist sales manager to collect market information as requested.
- Handling internal administration issue for example stationery request, regular department affairs.
- General supports to sales manager for CECA visitors issue such as invitation letters/hotel and so on.
Qualifications:
- Ensure P/O process in time to meet customers’ expectation.
- Prompt and accurate responses on business inquiries externally or internally.
- Ensuring the good quality of customer service in China
- Ensuring an accurate, on time monthly statistic report.
