Job  Responsibilities: 
-Daily  release  the  sales  orders  for  PC  distributor  team  according  to  customer’s  credit  term/  limit  and  payment; 
-Daily  review  the  AR  aging  report  to  push  salesman  to  collect  the  debts  back; 
-Periodically  confirm  the  AR  balance  with  all  customers; 
-Monthly  issue  the  AR  aging  report  for  distributor  team; 
-Other  things  related  credit  controlling; 
-Control  commercial  risk  for  PC  distributor  by  annual  agreement  management,  price  approval  authorization  and  other  things  related  commercial  controlling; 
-Assist  commercial  controlling  office  for  other  things  related  commercial  controlling; 

Job  Requirements: 
-  Above  College  degree; 
-  Finance  is  preferred  ;
-  Good  communication  skills  in  Chinese  and  English,  both  oral  and  written; 
-  Work  with  accuracy  and  team  work-orientated. 

主要职责： 
-每日根据客户的信用期限/限制和支付为工业保护涂料经销商发布销售订单。 
-每日检查AR账龄报告来推动销售员的债务收集。 
-定期确认所有客户与AR的平衡。 
-每月向经销商团队发布AR账龄报告。 
-其他与信贷控制相关事务。 
-通过年度协议管理、价格审批授权和其他商业控制相关事务，控制工业保护涂料经销商的商业风险。 
-协助商业控制办公室的其他商业控制相关事务。 

职位要求： 
-  专科以上学历； 
-  财务专业优先；
-  良好的沟通技巧和中英文听说读写能力； 
-  良好的团队合作精神；
