-  Knowing  the  Appliance  market  in  China 
-  Good  customer  access  in  China  appliance  manufacturers  and  also  into  OEM′s  （Asian  and  Western  OEM′s）  like  eg.  Haier,  Electrolux,  B/S/H,  Philips,  etc. 
or  in  Segments  like  Espresso  machines,  Small  Appliance  proucts  like  Shavers  or  others. 
-  Good  english  skills  because  he  has  to  stay  in  frequent  contact  with  people  in  Europe  and  myself. 
-  Technical  excperience  and  also  the  willingness  to  support  customers  in  the  beginning  technical  as  well. 
-  Motivation  to  work  in  a  small  global  team  and  develop  the  new  CDF  segment. 
-  Prefered  based  in  Guangzhou,  but  could  be  also  Shanghai  and  than  travel  frequently  to  Guangzhou  or  move  to  Guangzhou.
