Responsible for Pro sales target in assigned cities or area; Develop new Deco Firm business and maintain existing Pro sales in Deco firm/painters/constructors/designers; Follow Behr Sales Management Process (SMP) and deliver and out-perform the result by agreed target and plan; Other duties may be assigned as required.
