1. Work  under  the  Technical  Manager  and  Supervisor,  to  arrange,  direct  and  monitor  the  daily  maintenance  of  lab  equipment  and  ensure  the  equipment  in  good  and  safe  condition.

2. Finalize  the  preventive  maintenance  plan  and  eｘecute  the  PM  effectively,  ensure  the  perfect  condition,  　improve  the  productivity  and  reduce  the  scrap.
制定并实施设备预防性维护，确保设备始终处于良好状态，提升生产力、降低报废率。
3. To  develop  the  SOP  for  equipment’s  operation  and  maintenance,  and  review  or  revise  timely  as  per  requirement  .
制定设备的操作和维修SOP，并根据需要及时回顾或修改。
4. To  analyze  and  summarize  the  cause  of  equipment’s  failure  or  accident,  and  raise  the  improvement  proposal.
负责设备失效或故障的原因分析和总结,  并提出改进措施。
5. Initial  and  lead  project,  in  order  to  increase  equipment  performance  and  ramp  up  OEE,  safety  and  reliability.
发起和领导设备改进项目，以改善设备性能，提高设备利用率，安全性，可靠性。
6. Participate  new  or  upgrade  project’  design,  construction,  commissioning  and  acceptance  test.
参与新建和改建项目的设计，安装和调试及验收工作。
7. Set  up  and  maintain  the  archive  of  lab  equipment.  Draft  and  upgrade  the  relative  document  of  operation,  maintenance  of  lab  equipment.
建立和完善实验设备档案。制定和完善实验相关设备的运行、维修技术文件。
8. Assist  dept.  manager  to  achieve  the  yearly  KPI  project.
协助部门经理完成各年度KPI项目
9. Understand  and  implement  the  policy  of  EHS.
理解并执行EHS对该职位的相关政策.

要求Requires:
Should  meet  all  related  requirements  regarding  Quality  Management  Systems  and  EHS  Management  Systems.

1. Major  in  Chemical  Engineering  Machinery  &  Equipment  or  Mechanical  Equipment  related
化工机械及设备或机械设备相关专业。
2. More  than  5  years  related  working  experience.  Working  in  Chemical  Industry  is  preferred.
具有5年以上的相关工作经验,  化工行业优先。
3. Be  able  to  design  and  read  mechanical  drawing.
有一定的设计和读图能力
4. Can  use  Autocad  expertly
能熟练使用CAD制图
5. Ability  to  take  initiative  and  successfully  lead  others.
