Responsibilities: 
Be  responsible  for  quality  control  in  local  production.  Workout  the  procedure  and  implement  it.  Work  together  with  production  people  to  make  sure  the  product  meet  the  quality  requirement  and  provide  fix  measures  if  quality  problems  happens.  Prepare  COA  per  customer  request.  Participate  in  localizing  raw  materials.  Participate  in  developing  local  products. 

Requires:   
Requires  2-3  years  experience  in  paint-related  lab  or  manufacturing  plant.  Thorough  knowledge  of  refinish  product  and  process  is  preferred.  A  sound  knowledge  of  paint  technology  and  manufacturing  process  is  mandatory.  A  sound  knowledge  on  quality  assurance  like  ISO  certificate  is  preferred. 
Good  PC  skills  and  command  of  MS  Office  application.  Good  communication  skills.  Good  command  of  written  and  spoken  English.
