o At least 10 years experience working for a multi-national company in similar roles, preferably from fashion/beauty industry, cosmetics, FMCG, food products or an OEM/ODM environment.
o Excellent communication skills, able to liaise to people at all levels inside & outside the organisation.
o Fluent in English and Mandarin.
o Strategic Plan Development & execution, New Business Start-up.
o Supply Chain Mgmt (S&OP etc.)

o Setup long-term and short-term sales & marketing goals and strategies in order to meet corporate targets. Establish suitable KPIs and reports to monitor performance and as a basis for improvement.
o Management of Sales, Marketing & Customer Service staff in Asia (approx. 30 staff)
o Staff recruitment, retention, training, development, performance & motivation.
o Cultivate close relationships with key actual & potential customers.
o Lead all business development/marketing activities and provide direction/guidance to the R&D team.
o Market, customer and competitor research & analysis.
o Product Line Mgmt, Market/Customer Segmentation, Pricing & Pricing Strategies.
o Plan and manage sales & marketing resources according to agreed budgets.
o Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities.
